For those of you who are unaware of what the K1 Visa process is, I will offer you my perceptions here.

     The K1 Visa is a visa for an alien to enter the United States as the fiancé of an American Citizen (naturalized or otherwise. This visa will allow the alien to enter the United States for a period of up to 90 days with the full-intention of being married within that 90 day period. If the alien and petitioner are not legally married in that time period, the alien is subject to immediate deportation.
